
KNITTING
We produce an assorted choice of knitting in various designs and textures with advanced Mayer & Cie machines from Germany & Pailung circular knitting machines from Taiwan and highest quality yarns.

DYEING
Soft flow dyeing machines with colour retaining ability form an integral part of the facility. All the fabrics are pre-dyed using azo free technology. The compacting processes are directed at enhancing endurance of the fabric material.

COMPACTING
Technically advanced machinary to bring up a high level of dimensional stability and enhanced quality. Designed for ease of Operation and maintenance.

PRINTING
Plastisol, Glitter, Pigment and Foil Printing are some of the variants of screen printing. Azo-free dyes and chemicals are used and the customized prints in eye-catching colours leave a durable impression on the finished garments. The Printing Unit is equipped appropriately to produce 26,000 pieces per day and up to 20 colors in one design with automatic M&R machines.

EMBROIDERY
Embroidered apparels are always in vogus in the fashion capitals across the world. The embroidery facility is equipped to execute a variery of designs addtions.

LAY CUTTING
Accuracy and consistency of cut fabric are achieved using on array of equipped Automatic lay machines, Band knife cutting machines.

STITCHING
The sewing line comprises the largest range of machines and can cater to a daily production demanded of 3000 sets of pyjamas. A team of trained personnel oversees this stage of the processing.

CHECKING
Checking is to trim all extra threads and also checks for stains and holes. All garments are 100% checked before packing. In the checking section the pieces are properly checked by efficient people.

IRONING
Automated ironing lines work in tandem to ensure smooth ironing of all the products. This line also serves as a final quality checkpoint before the products are packed.

PACKING
We buy our Packing Materials from leading suppliers and professional providers to Garment Exporters. We use only Oeko Tex certified labels produced from fully computerized labeling machines.
